On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Blondie called "Parallel Lines" and is an ORIGINAL 1978 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Chrysalis label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF BLONDIE'S RAREST LPs EVER (LIKE THIS!) - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT IS ONE OF BLONDIE'S MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs EVER - AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE (LIKE THIS!)!!!!  THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT IS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE - AND IS AN ULTRA RARE 'PROMOTIONAL COPY'!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY 'EARLIEST' PRE-RELEASE 1ST PRESSINGS - AND WOULD HAVE BEEN SENT OUT TO A MUSIC REVIEWER OR RADIO STATION PRIOR TO THE RELEASE DATE!!!!  AND IT COMES WITH THESE 'PROMOTIONAL ITEMS':-

2) A HUGE 'PROMOTIONAL ONLY' PRESS BOOKLET.  FEATURES MANY MANY BAND PRESS REVIEWS, PRINTED ANNOTATIONS BY CHRYSALIS PROMOTIONS DEPARTMENT, AND ALL DATING FROM 1 OR 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO THIS LPs RELEASE!!!!

3) THE COVER ALSO HAS A PROMOTIONAL STICKER ON THE FRONT TOP LEFT.  IT IS A 100% GENIUNE UK 'PROMOTIONAL' STICKER, AND CLEARLY THE COMPANY WERE STILL USING UP THE OLD 'PROMOTIONAL' STICKERS (NO DOUBT ORDERED IN LARGE AMOUNTS IN THE FIRST PLACE - AND ONLY USED SPARINGLY), AS THIS STICKER STILL REFERS TO THE 'GREEN LABELS' - WHICH HAD BEEN PHASED OUT A FEW MONTHS PREVIOUSLY.

SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS IS THE 'EARLIEST' & RAREST 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE, AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A 'PROMOTIONAL ONLY' PRE-RELEASE COPY!!!!  BARELY ANY CAN BE LEFT IN EXISTENCE - AND THIS IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE ALL TIME RAREST 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP EVER MADE!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION - AND CLEARLY HASN'T BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1978 UK 1ST PRESSING ON 1ST PRESS CHRYSALIS LABEL, 1ST PRESS 'LYRIC' INNER SLEEVE, ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'PROMOTIONAL' ITEMS (AS DETAILED ABOVE!), AND 1ST PRESS 'FIRST PUBLISHED IN UK' COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Chrysalis UK 1st Pressing from 1978 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is CDL 1192 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Chrysalis label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos!)!!!! 

The record labels (see pictures) are in SUPERB condition - with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 VERY light hairlines, only 2 or 3 MEGA light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, barely ANY clicks AT ALL, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some EXTREMELY low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Lyric' inner sleeve which is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition - with NO splits, and NO repairs either!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'First Published In UK' Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear (PERFECT side words!), NO splits, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), NO sticker marks, NO sticker tears, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), barely ANY rubbing, NO rips, NO tears, only some very VERY minor evidence of 'tipping in' to the corners, NO annotations, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, NO sticker marks, NO sticker tears, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  BRILLIANT COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS (ESPECIALLY AS AN 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'PROMOTIONAL COPY'!!!!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
