This long-time collector has decided to part with some of her childhood keepsakes. This record hasn’t been used in over 40 years, so I’m hoping it has some value to someone. 

Offered in this auction is an ORIGINAL 1960s FOUR BY THE BEATLES record featuring ROLL OVER BEETHOVEN / THIS BOY / ALL MY LOVING / PLEASE, MR. POSTMAN in its original picture sleeve or jacket.  The record sleeve is made from heavyweight cardboard, not glossy paper like the other original Beatles picture sleeves I have for sale.

The cardboard picture sleeve has no tears or split seams.  The covers are in very good condition – colors still vivid.  On the left side of the front cover there is a small scuff or rub mark.  From being stored vertically, there is wear / scruffs to the cardboard on the bottom edge.  Some very minor edge wear on the side where the opening is. On the 45 record, my name is written on the blue / green label of the Roll Over Beethoven side. I loved the Beatles and was proud of my records! I see some surface scratches (not deep) on the record, but I have no way to play this record to test it.  This record was played when first released and it has been in storage ever since.  This is a 44 year old record and not brand new. This record and sleeve is being sold as is. I have absolutely no knowledge of how records and sleeves are graded, so please ask any questions of importance to you before you bid.
