RARE Victor 20327 -- SELECTIONS FROM THE MUSICAL COMEDY "OH, KAY!" WHICH DEBUTED ON BROADWAY IN 1926.     WORDS AND MUSIC BY IRA AND GEORGE GERSHWIN.

A.  "DO-DO-DO" -- George Olsen and His Music, vocal refrain by Bob Berger, Frank Frey, Bob Rice.  Recorded November 4, 1926.

B.  "CLAP YO' HANDS" (APLAUDE) -- Roger Wolfe Kahn and His Orchestra.  Recorded November 12, 1926. 

The latter was made famous (again) by Kay Thomas in the 1957 movie musical comedy "Funny Face," with Fred Astaire and Audrey Hepburn.  The song is an American Classic. 

There are some very light scuffs on the record.  The only scratches are on the label (and they ARE kind of scuffed up -- see pictures).  Album plays very well, with minimum hiss.  No jumps or pops.   Just bright, clear, finger-snappin' tones.

Sleeve is of heavy-duty paper, with no rips or tears, and is NOT original.  Numbered sticker was collector's and has nothing to do with the numbers on this record.

SHIPPING DETAILS:  If there is shipping involved, all shipping will originate from MD 21762.  Any shipping that will be USPS FIRST CLASS, PARCEL, PRORITY, OR MEDIA.   I don't charge a handling fee (yet).  ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. PROTECTORATES, OR FORIEGN DESTINATIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING (if offered).  I cannot ship on Sundays and U.S. national holidays.  Disregard shipping details if item is for pick-up only. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING;  Shipping does not include any custom or duty fees.  Check with your local post office before bidding or buying.  Please do not ask me to circumnavigate custom and duty laws.  I will work with you to find the least expensive shipping costs.  See INVOICING above.  RUSSIAN FEDERATION BUYERS:  Currently there is a minimum 60-day backlog at customs at the Moscow International Airport, mainly for Russian buyers using foreign websites.   To help avoid rejection, shipping name must be First Name + Parent Surname + Surname.  UKRAINE BUYERS:  USPS has suspended service to Ukraine postal codes 95000 - 99999.  PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA BUYERS:  I personally have experienced at least a two week delay with SOME buyers receiving items.

PAYMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH EBAY OR PAYPAL.   I will not ship until payment is confirmed.  Local pick-ups must PAYPAL first.

RETURNS:  Please understand that IF YOU ARE BIDDING ON A VINTAGE MERCHANDISE the product is NOT NEW. Every effort will be made to deliver your product in promised condition.
