Zoot Sims All Stars  ' Contemporary music ' PRESTIGE PRLP 138 (USA)  blue label with deep groove -  rec. on Sept. 8, 1952 - issued in 1953  -  10"  /  25 cm
Zoot Sims : tenor sax - Al Cohn : tenor sax - Kai Winding : trombone - George Wallington : piano - Percy Heath : bass - Art Blakey : drums Side A :  Tangerine  -  Zootcase Side B :  The red door  -  Morning fun 

Visual grading :  record is VG+  has a couple of tiny unfeelable lines on side B and one on side A. Labels are clean with a light spindle wear. Playing grading :  record is VG plays fairly well with loud sound for most of the 4 tracks but unfortunately has a couple of skips on side B. Also a very light repeated ticks for about 2 minutes at the beginning of side B. A few other occasional light ticks Cover grading : cover is VG-  has wear to edges, corners and spine. Has a well repaired bottom right corner for a seam split (cm.5 or 2"). In the middle of top front cover has a short line taped with clear tape. Some light soiling and age yellowing on back.
