Odyssey's Black Krom cases are made to the same standards as our original Krom series, but with a twist. The hardware including the aluminum trim are coated a sleek "Black". The steel corners are uniquely octagon and each also features rubber feet for stacking multiple record cases, a must for the collections of vinyl purists and of DJs who are true to the art of turntablism. The KLP70BL has a fully foam-lined interior, heavy-duty recessed handle, and a front latch with padlock loop. Black Krom cases, slick, stealthy, and beyond cool!

 14 - Day return policy - ALL RETURN COSTS ARE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY

NEW GEAR: Our desire is that all of our clients would be satisfied with the purchases and the service provided. However, if, for some reason, you are displeased with the purchase, you may return it for a refund for the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange the purchased product for another one within 15 days from the date of shipment. All return shipping cost If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.

All return items must include a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Items must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and documentations (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.).

For a FULL REFUND, items must not be opened and the original manufacturer's seal must be intact. In case where such a seal is not originally present, the item must show no sign of wear or use or be subject to a restocking fee. Products like software, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, etc), and items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.) are not returnable. Any items RETURNED IN LESSER CONDITION than mentioned above will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

We recommend you to send the returning package via insured ground service with a tracking number. The CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN COSTS.

If these conditions are not met, AVLGear reserves the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee not less than 20%.

BN - Brand New
The product is new, sealed in it's factory packaging.

OB - New Other: Open Box
The product is new, either in resealed factory packaging or replacement packaging.

NP - New Other: New Pull
The product has been mounted in a brand new system, then removed from the system, before entering service. These products may have a few hours of usage due to system build time etc

MRF - Refurbished: Factory Recertified / Factory Refurbished
The product has been built, rebuilt or repaired at the original manufacturer's factory and NOT by 3rd party. Often these products are extremely close to new in condition, except that they contain at least one recycled or repaired component. Failure rates are often lower on these devices since they have been far more thoroughly tested than new items.

RF - Refurbished
These products have had NO problems or failures, they merely have some usage. The product has been professionally returned to excellent condition. These items have been fully tested & repackaged.

U - Used
The product has been removed from working service.  These products vary in their usage and may not be covered by manufacturer warranty, however it's functionality is guaranteed at time of arrival.
