Price comparisons are made on eBay for items in comparable condition... if available.  Other sources of comparison for price are Goldmine and Jerry Osborne's price guides.  A price estimate is then reduced by 20-50 % for targeting the eBay listed price of each item or lot.  This process takes time but assures fair pricing of all my listings.

The only sources of comparison I have for determining a competitive price for these Clyde McPhatter 45rpm Singles are the Jerry Osborne Price Guide and recent comparable listings on eBay.   I estimate a BIN price for the TWELVE 45s in NM condition based on Jerry Osborne and current listings on eBay to be $ $ 162.50.  The condition adjusted price for the 12 is $ 107.73 and the Half BIN price for the first SIX is $ 38.33. The opening bid price for the 12 item lot is $ 19.17 !!!
