Contains the 44-page 12"x12" book "Sign of the Three Eyed Men" (2011 Revised Edition); 8" 3D lenticular prints of the album artwork for 'The Psychedelic Sounds Of...,' 'Bull Of The Woods' and 'Easter Everywhere,' plus a hand-numbered reproduction packing slip.

Some of the original release box-sets contains mis-pressings:
Headstone LP is the Live In California LP and vice-versa.
Unknown how many went out with the wrong labels - but it was fixed at some point.
