13th Floor Elevators EASTER EVERYWHERE LP PSYCH International Artists IALP#5. I believe to be a reissue from the late 1970s.  Cover seems too thin to be original although it is a paste-on sleeve. Original covers i have seen are more of foil look.  Cover has light ring wear. Vinyl is clean plays and sonds great.
