Description
1967 stereo press with 'Postures' on the back cover. Comes with the rare printed inner sleeve.
The cover has general shelf wear on the front and back, the usual for this LP. The seams are solid.
The inner sleeve shows aging and has a small piece missing on 'Earthquake' as seen in one of the listing photos.
The disc is great, especially for an OG 13th Floor Elevators record. I listened to it from start to finish on headphones. Plays with some background surface noise at the start of both sides and between tracks that gets buried underneath the music, but this copy has much less surface noise than other copies I've heard. It is a bit more noticeable at the start of 'Dust' due to the low music volume. Music plays clear with no audible inner groove wear, hard to find one that lacks any since most of these got chewed up by a cruddy record player back in the 60s. Side one has a few light non-feelable sleeve lines, nothing affecting play. Generally plays VG+ with some VG++ passages.
Cover: VG
Inner sleeve: G+
Disc: Strong VG/VG+
This will be sent in a high quality mailer with plenty of bubble wrap on both sides of the album to ensure that it arrives totally safe and sound.
