Mono version of Easter Everywhere by the 13th Floor Elevators Released on International Artists IALP # 5 Matrix reads IA-LP-05 on both sides of the record
**UPDATE**
Having done a bit of research into this record I can’t be sure if this is a mono version of the album. From what I can tell there were only about 120 original mono pressings, mostly with a blue-green International Artists label rather than the creamy yellow one seen here. Apparently it has a slightly different matrix number as well. The weird thing with this copy is it doesn’t have “Stereo” written above the International Artists logo on the back of the record sleeve. Also, it has the track listing ‘Posturos’ instead of ‘Postures’ which suggests it may be an original sleeve. I’m no record collector so can’t say if this is a Mono version or a Stereo version that someone has tried to pass off as Mono at some point in the past? If anyone can shed any light on this i’d be grateful
