Description
The 13th Floor Elevators "Live" Album. This is a FIRST PRESSING and HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED. Still factory sealed in the original shrink wrap. As the band began to slip into an uncontrollable spiral downwards from overuse of LSD and Heroin and harrassing drug busts from the Texas State Law, Leland Rogers and International Artists label decided to compile this album from studio tapes that were worthwhile and added canned crowd sounds in an attempt produce a "Live" album as one last ditch effort to bolster the groups popularity, unfortunatly to no avail, this was the last gasp of air for the group and the last record officially produced. Ths album is now gaining more popularity despite the cheesy crowd noises dubbed in, there are some pretty good rockin tracks on this last but not least LP. This is a RARE opportunity to be the special person to remove this album from its place of rest of 40 odd years and into the light of day for the very first time!
