This is a very rare collectable recording of music by Tchaikovsky.
For most audiophiles, when they think of super audiophile recordings this is the one: Limited Edition, Super-Cut, UHQR Imported Pressing, the list goes on... . Long sought after by collectors, this particular copy is also a review - promo copy which makes it even more desireable.
I found this record new, played it once on my VPI Aries turntable and then filed it away until now. In all essentials it is a new copy.
WARNING: The recording of the powerful 1812 cannons was made at the maximum level possible from the original digitally recorded master. Under the best conditions tracking the grooves presents an incredible challange. Playback at high volume could result in severe damage to speakers and other playback equiptment. No attempt should be made to play this record on other than the most sophisticated audio equipment in absolutely perfect adjustment.
