Description

Original Climax Record mf''d solely for Columbia Phonograph Co., New York, London.  78, 10" from the early 1900's. William tell Overture by Climax Band, No.89.  It is molded into the record, Climax record, Globe Record Co., Overture William Tell, Band 89. This was found in a big box of records that my wife inherited from her grandmother and we finally unpacked it after moving it around for the last 35 years. Don't know anything about the condition or what it sounds like as we have no player to play it on. I will be listing some more from this lot and will combine them for shipping discounts. Record visually appears to be in reasonable shape but does have a few scratches. It has been in a sleeve in an old album for many years. . Reverse side is stamped or molded, PAT. APP'D  FOR Second photo tries to show a couple of "bumps" in the surface where it appears it was hit from the back surface but did not crack.
