This is a Ragtime in minor key

Markings in dead wax are handwritten 331 at 6 o'clock and stamped raised letters in a circle "V.T.M." at 3 o'clock

1150 handwritten visible under the label.
Has the small  hollow circle on the backside to play with a Zonophone turntable with stud.
