Description: 1910s Victor Table Top Talking Record Machine Model IV #29860 W/Mahogany Horn!
Condition: Very good preowned, as found, original, condition.  Small tear to green fabric top. Some scuffs scratches. Horn attaches, but it doesn't seem "snug" when contacted. The cup around the end of the horn moves. Finish of wood on horn has a hazy appearance that the photos don't quite capture. Please see the photos to best determine overall condition.
UPDATE: Motor tested, turntable runs when cranked with no apparent issues.
