Description
From December 1926, is Edison Dealers' Sample Record #13, the last of the series. It's a 12" diamond Disc. containing 5 snippets (per side) of that month's releases. It's in nice shape, with a few surface scratches but nothing too dreadful. It sounds good on an Edison player. Offered with the record is the sleeve I obtained it in, a rare 12" Edison Long Play sleeve...it's pretty well tattered and torn...some archival tape will help it stay together better, but, as you can see, the bottom corner is missing. Still, it is a scarce item, almost as scarce as the record itself. Buyer pays exact mailing charges shipped anywhere in the Continental U.S.A. (Priority, First Class, or Media Mail, your choice) or overseas (your choice of surface or air delivery) plus a modest $3.00 packing charge. I plan to ship both record and sleeve together (the record in a different sleeve, the Edison sleeve is fragile enough) in an LP mailer...which will be put into a second box, cushioned with plenty of packing peanuts.
