This great album of Victor Records – A Symposium Of Swing
was purpose-recorded from April to August 1937 in the unusual format of 12" (dance records usually were 10") to give Victor's top Swing bands the opportunity to shine in extended, uninterrupted jam sessions.
The most famous recording, BENNY GOODMAN's Sing Sing Sing with GENE KRUPA at the Drums is a continuous performance of almost 9 minutes of hot Swing and Jungle drums
This record epitomizes the wild Jungle Style playing, with the incredible extended Drum Solos by Krupa. EXTENDED PLAY OF 7 MINUTES JUNGLE DRUMS

CONDITION: EXCELLENT MINUS, shiny, only a faint hint of greying. 2mm BLISTER on STOP causes few ticks. plays almost ECXELLENT very quiet.
