Payment

Payment must be completed within close of the auction. All payments must be made within this time period. No communication and no payment received will result in a Non-Paying Bidder Alert filing. High bidder pays all shipping and handling(AK and HI may be higher). Insurance required. Shipping and handling fees not refundable. On average, Ebay charges me 11%-17% per auction. For example, when you purchase shipping insurance and send payment through Ebay, Ebay takes a percent of your $2.10 insurance. I make up the difference. Ebay charges me a 12.9% shipping final value fee. Again, I make up the difference. Since I'm not Warren Buffett or Jeff Bezos, a minimal handling fee has been applied to this auction to pay shipping material fees. Per Ebay policy changes, immediate payment is required. INSF payment ("hot funds") will incur a $30 fee plus any banking fees. International bidders are welcome -- please use PayPal.

Shipping

Free confirmation shipping! $2.10 insurance has been added to shipping. Insurance is required. This item will be double packed. International shipping is priority only. First class international shipping cannot be insured or tracked and is not available. No pick-up service. The pick-up service was abused and due to the pandemic, pick-up is no longer available. This item has been packed & weighed for shipping accuracy. Shipping costs reflect the new Ebay pricing structure increase (final value fees) and carrier rates for USPS & UPS effective February 23, 2022. Postal rates have increased (again) due to USPS bankruptcy, inflation and because they now charge by weight, zip code and dimensions of the package. Shipping is kept as low as possible and you have my deepest sympathy, but my hands are tied. Combined shipping and handling quotes are available before any bid and after the winning bid. Questions on shipping rates please include your zip code.

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.

We have a worldwide breakage rate of 0.4%. Merchandise will ship 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Why Postage is Expensive

For the fourteenth consecutive year, the U.S. Post Office has had a net loss. As of November 2021, USPS had a loss of $9.2 billion. In the last decade, USPS has lost $69 billion. USPS projects losses of $2 billion each month due to the pandemic. UPS reported revenue of $18.05 billion in 2019. It may be convenient to blame me for postage rates, but I am not the problem.

The further you live from me, the more shipping costs. It isn't rocket science, folks. Some sellers offer cheap shipping. And that's exactly what it is. If you enjoy broken stuff, buy it. I understand some sellers gouge on shipping. I have had the same handling fee for the last nineteen years. Have you had a cost of living adjustment increase in the last nineteen years?

To complain about postage, please contact the U.S. Postmaster General Megan J. Brennan at 475 L'Enfant Plaza, Southwest, Washington D.C. 20260-2202. Thank You (and good luck).
