Description
Vintage lp ELVIS PRESLEY No 2 is a 33 1/3rpm released by The Gramophone Company Limited in Great Britian, and the number on the back cover is CLP 1105. It doesn't say anywhere if it's Mono or Stereo so I don't know what it is. The songs on side 1 are 'Rip It Up', 'Love Me', When My Blue Moon Turns To Gold Again', 'Long Tall Sally', 'First In Line', and 'Paralysed'. Side 2 lists 'So Glad You're Mine', 'Old Shep', 'Reddy Teddy', 'Any Place Is Paradise', 'How's The World Treating You', and 'How Do You Think I Feel'. There's a little story on the back about the history of the album, and from what I can gather, it's from 1956, but I can't find a date on it anywhere. The record has some fine, light, scratches, you have to tilt it to the light really to see them, it's otherwise in very nice condition, I'm sorry but I don't have a record player so I can't test it out. The cover is a deep yellow with Elvis wearing a green satin like shirt, and the cover is in beautiful condition. It has a really shiny finish to it, the only thing I can find wrong is along the edge or spine where the title of the album is written in little black letters, the last half of 'Presley' is missing. It really looks overall like it was seldom if ever played or handled, and it should make a very nice addition to any Elvis or 50s record collection in general. I'm sorry for the bluish looking glare in the photo, it is just glare off the shrink wrap from when I took the photo, I can't seem to make it go away, and there's no kind of discoloration to the cover. Shipping not included.
