Roy Orbison and Teen Kings Ooby Dooby / Go! Go! Go! RARE Original 1956 Pressing

Beware there are multiple reproduction listings but not described as reproduction or re-issue

This is not a reproduction - this is the original 1956 pressing from SUN Records #242 with SUN Record original "sunburst" sleeve


Very clean with minor rubbing on Ooby Dooby side, and some rubbing on the label but centered and clean with no writing , marks or stickers. Go!Go!Go! side label and vinyl Near Mint condition. Overall VG+ (Goldmine) and Excellent condition with VG SUN 45 "sunburst" sleeve.


Highlights and descriptions:


  • Lower third of sleeve states "A PRODUCT OF SUN CO., INC., MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE"

  • Ooby Dooby label left side states, "BMI U-192" (1st line) and "Hi Lo Music" (2nd line) and right side states "Vocal" (1st line) and "U - 1/3" (2nd line)

  • Go!Go!Go! label left side states, "BMI U-193" (1st line) and "Hi Lo Music" (2nd line) and right side states "Vocal" on one line

  • Ooby Dooby side vinyl very clean vg+ with two 3/8" nap smudge marks, with minor scratches only noticeable with magnifier 5x , in otherwise excellent condition.

  • Go!Go!Go! side vinyl very clean and NM

    • A beautiful copy of this rare 1956 recording in excellent condition for the serious collector
