TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please examine all photos. They are considered part of the description. As we are not versed in many of the items we list, we provide numerous photographs and have done our best to describe exactly what we are selling. We research what we can and sometimes shoppers provide additional info which we add to the description. Should you have any questions, we are more than happy to answer to the best of our ability

Signature Required

We require a signature for any item over $99.00. You can request no signature for any shipment but this is done at your risk.

Identification

If an item we are selling does not have a manufactures “serial or limited edition number”, we mark all our items using "OLSDisCrete™ Marking Systems" to identify returns as the same item that was shipped.

We participate in eBay’s Hassle Free Return program. http://pages.ebay.com/buy/hasslefreereturns/

Return Policy

If you don't like a purchase or have buyer’s remorse or want to return it for any reason other than not as described or damaged, you pay for the return shipping, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.  Either case, contact us first.

An item must be returned within 30 days

Damage from Shipping

It is important for you to open and inspect your package on the day you receive it. You must notify us immediately if you notice anything that is not correct or if an item is damaged.

If a package has visible damage to the exterior when it arrives, take a picture before opening. Also take photos of the interior condition before removing any items. If any item is damaged, take photos of the packing materials, how it was packed and the specific damage to the item. Save all packing materials. Carriers use these photos to determine liability and they can do it much faster with good documentation. If you think the item was packed negligently it’s ok to tell me so. When a claim is filed the carrier determines the outcome, not me. As for our record… we have been doing this since 2007 and we have never refused a return/refund.

Change Policy

Typically our policy is to leave an item listed, as posted, for the full time of the listing without making customer request changes to the listing. An example would be changing an “auction listing” to a “Buy it Now” listing. We would consider a change if an item has little or no interest. But be advised, if we change a listing to a “Buy it Now” listing the new price will be 30% higher than originally posted. We will not cancel a listing and relist it for a customer request.
