Original 1962 US 1st issue on Firma (it was latter reissued on C.J. Records and Outasite)
Theodore Roosevelt Taylor better known as Hound Dog Taylor (Apr 12, 1915, Natchez, MS - Dec 17, 1975, Chicago) was an American blues guitarist and singer, best known for his raw vocal style and searing slide guitar, using a cheap Teisco del Rey guitar and Sears Roebuck amplifier to great advantage.
Before his cult success with Alligator records (starting in the early 70s) Taylor only relased 3 solo records this is the second one.
