Rare R&B Soul dancer 45 recorded in 1963 by rock legend CHUCK BERRY titled:
"CLUB NITTY GRITTY" / "LAUGH AND CRY"
(A Mercury Records release #72643)
Up for bids was Chuck Berry's first release with Mercury titled
'Club Nitty Gritty' & 'Laugh and Cry' . This single was one of Chuck's best
and sounds quite different than most of his other recordings.
It's a moving up-tempo Northern Soul shaker that's relatively unknown
to even his biggest fans.
Vinyl rates an M-, along with Mercury drilled label and sleeve.
(Minor factory wrinkles on label and slight discoloration on back of sleeve).
Don’t miss this one...a must for any Chuck Berry fan.
