Original 1963 USA press. Ruler Of My Heart is a all-time classic ballad. Hittin' On Nothing is a top notch R&B stomper (nicely covered by Garage Rockers The Detroit Cobras years ago). Both sides written by Crescent City legend Allen Toussaint moonlighting as Naomi Neville (his mom's name).
