For serious collectors, an original "Meet The Beatles", ST-2047, issued on January 20th, 1964. This is a rare (#6) Los Angeles pressing being ASCAP West Coast dominated. The label varient is Version 3, meaning that it has three BMI publishing credits. All publishing credits are to ASCAP, except the first two songs on Side 1, and the fifth song on Side 2. ***West Coast pressings of the first three label variations are scarce and hard to find. A fact to consider is that prior to 1967, only 10% of Capitol releases were in stereo, and, only 20% (of that 10%) were pressed on the west coast. The front cover has Beatles in light brown letters, and there are no George Martin credits on the back (early). The cover is in solid near mint condition. It has a slight touch of (hardly noticeable) ringwear and 1 small corner push, otherwise it would be mint. The vinyl is stunning, glossy, and mirrorlike, with excellent labels, I dont think that it was ever played. Comes with the Capitol dark blue Los Angeles issue inner sleeve, making this a complete 100% original issue.
