- S 112-64, Recording Industries Corps.

CONDITION:

A-Side (In My Tenement) plays at a solid VG level. No loud ticks, pops or skips. Defintely better copies but likely an average playing copy for this side.

B-Side (Down So Long) plays at a G level with constant noise and occasional ticking. Music is still somewhat clear but much worse than the A. Still no skips, however.
