The record is EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT, probably played once! The album cover is in GOOD overall condition with some edge and corner wear, ring wear as shown photo #6. The cover has a very tiny drill hole or puncture through the front and back, (shown close-up photos #11 & #12). There are some dates written in ink on back cover, (shown close-up photo #10). YOU WILL LIKE IT!
