Description
ORIGINAL "SPECIAL RUSH RELEASE" ADVERTISING FLYER from 1967 !!
These ORIGINAL advertising flyers / leaflets from 1967 were sent to record shops and outlets that sold vinyl in the 1960s.
Measuring approximately 5 ½ x 9 inches and made from thin paper they advertised to the purchasing manager or owner of the shop what latest record releases were becoming available in order for them to stock up.
This advertising type were printed with a yellow top banner with the words "SPECIAL RELEASE" in white at the top left of the banner, but this combination of colours is difficult to see so I think that's one of the reasons for design changes (see my other original advertising flyers from the same year).
They were printed by T & Co. as depicted in the bottom right hand corner, have a leaflet date code in the left-hand corner and also have the text at the bottom centre:

Each advertising flyer has the artist(s) records that were about to be released and they also have the text:

These ORIGINAL advertising flyers by EMI would perfectly accompany any corresponding records you have and surely would increase their value !!!!
These are the REAL DEAL !! How many of these still exist today !!
