We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

The most striking item about Nirvana's second album is the cover shot which depicts some of world history's most famous figures leading a procession through a mass of dead bodies. Despite this provocative and disturbing image, 'All Of Us' is possibly the most commercially viable of their albums. 'Rainbow Chaser' was to be their only UK top 40 hit and the three-part run of 'Girl In The Park', 'Miami Masquerade' and 'Frankie The Great' represents the most pop-centric product of their psychedelic formula. Elsewhere the songwriting team of Alex Spyropoulos and Patrick Campbell-Lyons combine to great effect on 'Tiny Goddess', 'Trapeze' and 'Melanie Blue' where harpischords, lush arrangements and plummy vocals come together to form a strange but winning concoction. Unfortunately the ambitious 'St John's Wood Affair' fails to become Nirvana's 'Tomorrow Never Knows' but it's still good with elaborate formidable sound. For at a time when singles often took priority over albums, Nirvana's legacy still holds up well today. Pity for them that their name would be made more famous by another group of nuckleheads from the Northwest USA.
Overall...NIRVANA's ALL OF US has a nice swinging 60s feel to it, spearheaded by the delightful Rainbow Chaser, with its melancholic melody and super phased chorus. A true psychedelic classic.
Island records turned down their next album, To Markos III, witch eventually came out on Pye Records and sold sold practically nothing. Alex quit, leaving Patrick to record two further albums under the Nirvana name, Local Anaesthetic and Songs of Love and Praise.
