From my personal collection...Original 1970 1st pressing of Lola vs. The Powerman for the Kinks on Reprise (orange label). The most famous, and perhaps the finest of the Kinks' recordings.  The record is a cutting, acerbic look at the music industry, and the song "Lola" put the band on top -- and what a song to do so, as it's become the most famous song in rock 'n' roll to deal with gender-swapping and/or transvestism.  

This record has never been played and is in perfect condition; however, the gatefold cover with lyrics is split 5" across the top and shows wear around the edges.

Grading:

We use the standard Goldmine grading system - listing jacket condition first, then the record.  All records are playable.  Please bid responsibly: we welcome your requests for additional information or for a full description of the record. 

• SS - jacket and record are factory sealed
• VG+/NM - jacket shows slight wear/record is near mint - shiny, no surface marks
• VG+/VG+ - jacket shows slight wear/record may have cosmetic surface marks
• VG/VG+ - jacket has medium wear, record may have cosmetic surface marks
• VG/VG - jacket has medium wear, record has medium wear - noisy in spots
