We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

Original 1972 first pressing vinyl, never released in the US, the 2nd KINGDOM COME LP by Arthur Brown' freaky crew...a heady mix of freakbeat and progressive rock by the character who brought you "FIRE" with his 'Crazy World' outfit in 1968...
All three ARTHUR BROWN'S KINGDOM COME albums are a kind of collision between psychedelia and progressive, bearing a space-rock lift off. They feature Brown's incredible vocals (that can range from Tom Jones' croonery to sheer maniacal screams).
As for the 2nd Kingdom Come album, the combination of psych/prog/rock is best reached during the excellent "City Melody". A unique combo of experimental, heavy and totally crazy adventure. Yes, the album has all the hallmarks of an `acid' album, recorded in the rural splendour of Rockfield Studios in 1972. This is Arthur's `Water' album, while overall not as striking as his `Fire' suite, there are very strong tracks within, and a killer closing piece. The way this album develops showcases that the acid seems to have opened up the portals a little widely and lets any and everything come flooding in, and we get a flipped-out amalgam of everything from trippy-opera, wiggy sound effects, the Bonzo Dog/Monty Python and even The Nice (a direct take at one point from `For Example' on `City Melody'). The problem is that there are so many jump cuts and fragmentary episodes lasting not much more than a minute that it is difficult to comprehend what is going on at times, and the ultimate conclusion is that this work is so `all over the place' and much wackiness here, there and everywhere. It's almost like they wrote two new minutes of music/dialogue a day, recorded it, and stuck it all together in the order in which it was written. Maybe that's exactly what they did.
The final and best section `The Hymn' allows the band to stretch out over a glorious mellotron chord sequence and 8 minutes with Andy Dalby soloing at the end a real highlight of the album. On the whole it's a snapshot of what Kevin Ayers termed `insane times' -- Kingdom Come II is the real deal...

Somewhat like a bridge between the psychedelic and early progressive eras, their first album "Galactic Zoo Dossier" impresses with its aggressive guitar play and wild, killer organ.
CONDITION: The cover: fragile and delicate, VG+ lightly uneven front and back cover, under the plastic protector it looks fine. The colors are bright, the seams are tight (no splits), there is a little surface mark at top right (small as seen in photo) -- the scarce 38 year old artifact is collectible...
The vinyl: very nice. VG++ to "EX" (excellent) one side has a bit (very small) minor top surface scuffs, this has been delightfully playgraded completely excellent without distraction...
