Up for grabs is another original pressing by Warner Bros. Records - an original 3-LP vinyl Album set by The Grateful Dead - "Europe '72".

This Warner Bros. Records set has catalog # 3 WX 2668 - and is a collection of LIVE recordings from their 1972 European tour. In addition, all three LPs have a "1A" trail-off marking on one side.

This set is rarely offered or seen in this HIGHER GRADE condition, especially, for it being over 45+ years old.

All grades are visually subjective and may be different for another person. I am not a professional grader, but the set does look pretty good and IMO, is a fair assessment of the grade given.

- these disc have visible needle marks/sleeve scuffs - sound quality should not be diminished. These discs were not play tested.

COVER: VG+/VG
- 3-LP gatefold album cover is overall very clean and retains much of its original gloss
- Front and back covers have visible, light ring and surface wear is noticeable
- Inside cover has a small section of light brown spots/droplet staining
- Spine shows some shelf/handling wear with .5" paper loss at top of the spine
- Spine print is clear and readable
- Cover has no closed ends for record sleeve storage
- Inside cover has ink check marks, but print is still very crisp
- Corners are still sharp, but have bends and slight rounding along the edges
- Very little wear overall inside and outside, except as noted

SLEEVE: If present, is used only for transport and will not be graded or visually described, unless entire edition (album vinyl, cover, and sleeve) is VG+ or better.
- condition = VG+/VG
- original album issues - x1 has ink writing
- very light edge wear, bends, creasing, center edge seam splits are all present

Overall, this copy is 45+ years old, and in a nice HIGHER GRADE condition and is suitable for any collection.

Due to the weight - there will not be any combined shipping, for this auction / album set.

I will combine shipping if winning multiple lots or auctions. Please refer to non-album/LP auctions for combine shipping charges for those other auctions, because they will differ.

All LP grades assigned are subjective and may differ from another person's viewpoint. I am not a professional grader, but I have collected records and albums for over 35 years. When LPs or records are play tested, they are disc-brush cleaned and then played on a 1980s Pioneer direct-drive turntable using Stanton or AudioTechnica needles.

Combined Shipping costs for LP auctions:- Will be recalculated to include a new shipping charge. Additional costs will be applied after the shipping cost of the heaviest weighted auction that was won (i.e. a 2-LP record lot is heavier than a single LP lot.)- I will combine auction shipment costs for up to four (4) LPs (4 single LPs, 2 double LPs, or a combination of both types, not to exceed four LPs in the album mailer). I do this, so they will ship securely in a record mailer and without possible damage during shipment. An additional amount of $.50 per LP will be added after the initial charge. - I use a prefabricated 12" record mailer for all LP shipments and will only add insurance upon request.
