FRUMPY By The Way... with long tracks, the 6-song LP is housed in a cool color picture sleeve featuring a striking live photograph of singer Inga Rumpf on the front with lyrics printed on the reverse, superb condition - beautifully clean with rich colours.
Some of the classic Krautrockers' from the early 70's takes a few listens to know if you are really going to like it, but with the husky voice of Inga Rumpf and the amazing keyboards and ripping acid guitar the listener should be entranced in no time with FRUMPY's 1972 "By The Way" album. Arguably their best of several fine collectible albums by Frumpy, BY THE WAY is a great mix of prog, classic hard Rock, and acid Rock, the 6 long tracks are moving with driving force and full head-on production ~~ the mighty FRUMPY at the head of their game and peaking. Some say that Inga is the German Janis Joplin, she has a hard tough appeal and her raw voice is compelling, the style that sucks the listener in...
