I was able to purchase a nice collection of records from an estate. The previous owner cared about his records as their condition proves it. I will be listing multiple records so see my store for those if interested. Some of them look rather rare.
I am not a grader but will give you my best opinion on the condition.

1975 Elektra.
The numbers on the LP are 7E-1053.
The LP is in near mint condition. No scratches visible.
The sleeve has no creases or rips in it and the edges are still sealed together. Excellent for its age.
The album cover shows some extremely minor wear to the corners and edges. Very nice for its age.
This is a gatefold style album cover.
