This 1976 record is Judas Priest "Sad Wings of Destiny" from janus records JXS 7019 The cover has some edge wear and there is a small tear. There is a plain sleeve. There are no scratches. The record plays with some noise throughout, mostly between tracks.   I wouId probably rate this album as EX play. The Matrix is T-1 JXS-7019-A-1 TH C.  I am not an expert rater of records I try to follow industry standards in my rating.  I will not rate an album M or NM unless it is perfect.
