Description
Up for auction is an original 1976 first-pressing of Neil Young’s Decade (3RS 2257).
This is a true collector's "time capsule" piece. It features the original factory shrink wrap, which is extremely tight, preserving the jacket and the original "Specially priced 3-record set" hype stickers.
Condition: The jacket is in excellent vintage condition. It has been opened, but the original shrink wrap remains on, protecting the artwork.
Vinyl: The records are in pristine, brand-new condition. I have inspected one of the discs to confirm it has never been played; it remains in its original, untouched state. Due to the tightness of the original factory shrink wrap, I have left the remaining two discs undisturbed to ensure the jacket and inserts remain perfect.
Provenance: This copy features the original Goldman's store price tag ($10.59) on the front, adding to its authentic history as a first-run pressing from 1976.
