Description
Yul Brynner inscribed and autographed this 1977 soundtrack LP of "The King and I" on the inside of the gatefold album cover. The autograph is at the upper right of my first photo and is definitely genuine. (It's easy to Google Brynner's autograph for comparisons.) The inscription, appearing on the left in his florid handwriting is difficult to decipher, although I think the last word is "forever." This is unusual. In all other cases I've seen, Brynner signed the FRONT of the album cover, and I've never seen him add an inscription before. The jacket is in outstanding condition with just a touch of wear to the corners and light ring wear visible only on the back.
The vinyl is in virtually perfect condition, as if the record was rarely if ever played. The original inner sleeve containing promotions for other RCA albums, is present and in perfect condition. This is RCA Red Seal catalog #ABL1-2610. I will combine shipping on multiple orders. For $4.60, I can send you one to three LPs in a package designed specifically for the purpose.
