Description
John Williams - the original soundtrack from the 20th Century Fox Film "Star Wars". BTD 541 UK Stereo 1977 Album. Original First Pressing (Matrix A: BTD 541 A -1 MB / B: BTD B - 1 MB / C: BTD 541-C 2 MB / D: BTD 541 D -2 MB) GATEFOLD SLEEVE, "Includes Special 4 Colour Poster" " The Only Original Soundtrack Album Beware of Imitations" Hype Stickers, original inserts on plain white paper, poster is missing. Condition: Album cover in good condition, but clearly vintage and used. Very little or No visible surface marks (don't have a record player to check for noise, etc.). This is 20th Century Records and Fox UK first pressing manufactured and distributed by PYE Records. Only the first and second PYE Record pressings change from black vinyl to deep vibrant red vinyl when held up to light (I personally was not able to confirm this 100%, but is said to be the case). If you know of a way to capture the red color through a photo, I will gladly give it a try.
