Description

1979 PINK FLOYD LP Dark Side Of The Moon MFSL 1-017 Master Recording LP is VG++
As noted above,  This is a rare 1st MFSL pressing if this iconic LP from Pink Floyd…vinyl is VG++; nice deep black color, heavy, thick mid 60’s style material..the only thing keeping it from EX is a light scuff partway through “Us & Them” that causes a light tick, all other tracks sound excellent & both sides play through fine without skips..labels are VG, side one has a small depot & side two has some old sticker residue..very solid otherwise..the cover has seen better days; lots of shelf/edge ring wear, lots of old tape around the edges, etc., but basically all there…includes hard-to-find inner sleeve, MFSL booklet & warranty? card..
This LP would make a great “place-holder” or “reference” example until that “minty” one comes along..and won’t break the bank!

Matrix / Runout (Runout A): MFSL-1-017-A 2-5 SR/2 252 Matrix / Runout (Runout B): MFSL-1-017 B2-2 SR/2 221?

Vinyl will be placed in it’s own anti-static sheath, separate from its cover, with the cover in its own clear sheath, sandwiched between two cardboard spacers & well packed in a standard record mailer, USPS Media Mail

Records have been given a basic cleaning, but I would recommend a proper cleaning to get even better sound and performance!

    Thank you
