Record -- Mint : This Vinyl shines like glass and looks un-played; it has no visible scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds wonderful when played. It has company white promo/sample labels on each side with two sets of Japanese writing, the first says ?? sample version and the second says ??? article was not for sale to the public.

-

Cover -- EX+ : The original heavy card glossy cover. This has no splits, rips or seams coming undone, but has some very light ring wear on the front top and bottom and on the open edge a dink of some sort (see picture). On the front top right corner of the cover is a white oval sticker with black writing; this says that this is a ??? sample version. On the back there is a track listing and some credits in English.

-
Obi Strip -- EX+ : The original obi strip, this has no rips, tears, creases or seams coming undone, but has light crinkling on the seam flap (see picture). All information on here is in Japanese.

-

Insert -- 2 Inserts : Two original inserts which are both 1 page 2 sides long. The first has a track listing on in English and Japanese, the lyrics and information on in Japanese. The second has the lyrics and some credits in English and a band picture. These have no creases, rips or tears, but the first one has yellowed through age and humidity.
