Country Closeup – “Program 114: week of April 1, 1982” (Country Closeup 114). “Country Closeup” was a one-hour program hosted by Glen Campbell that each week focused on interviews with and recordings by a specific artist. Often the interview segment gives a background on the song and inside stories from the industry. This program features Country Music Hall of Fame member, singer, guitarist, composer, songwriter and actor who appeared in more than a dozen films, Jerry Reed. Reed talks about his career and music and features songs both sung by him and also songs he wrote for other artists, including “Guitar Man”, “Tupelo Mississippi Flash”, “Alabama Wildman”; “Amos Moses”; “Lord Mr. Ford”; “A Good Woman’s Love”; “Eastbound and Down”; “Patches”; “Man with the Golden Thumb)”; “and, “When You’re Hot, You’re Hot.” Includes cue sheet (has writing from station on it.) Vinyl is in VG+ and cover is VG condition (has wear and a sticker.)
