Record -- EX++ : This Vinyl shines like glass, it has beautiful clean company promo/sample labels with a set of Japanese writing on each side, this says ??? sample version; it has a light brush mark on the 2nd side 1st track, there are no other scratches, scuffs spindle marks or marks and sounds absolutely wonderful when played.

Cover -- EX+ : The original heavy card cover. This has no rips, tears or seams coming undone, but has rubs on the spine and top edge with shelf wear on the open edge (see pictures). On the back bottom left side is a white rectangular sticker with black writing on indicating that this is a ??? sample article. On the back of the cover there is a track listing in Japanese.

Inner Sleeve : The original Master Sound heavy card inner sleeve. This has no rips, tears, splits or creases.

Obi Strip -- EX- : The original obi strip; this has a minor nick on the bottom edge and a crease on the front bottom, there are no other rips, tears, creases or seams coming undone. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 2 Inserts : Two original inserts of which the first is 2 pages 4 sides long in a gatefold fashion, this has a track listing, the lyrics and some information in Japanese. The second insert is a pamphlet/flyer from CBS/Sony advertising other items for sale in this series at the time of this one’s release. These have no rips, tears, splits or creases. Also included is a postcard sized survey card, this is in Japanese.
