Record -- Mint- : This Vinyl shines like glass and looks un-played, it has beautiful clean white promo/sample labels with three sets of Japanese writing on each side, the first says ?? sample version, the second says ??? Article Was Not For Sale to the Public and the third one says ?? When On Sale; it has no scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds absolutely wonderful when played.

Cover -- EX++ : The original heavy card cover. This has no rips, tears or seams coming undone, but has very light ring wear at the top on both sides. On the front bottom right corner is a white sticker with red writing on indicating that this is a ??(???) sample article not for sale. On the back of the cover there is a track listing in English.

Obi Strip -- Mint- : The original obi strip; which has no rips, tears or creases. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which is 3 pages 6 sides long in a gatefold fashion. This has a track listing and the lyrics on in English and Japanese and some information in Japanese, also a large picture of Kim and a facsimile autograph. This has no rips, tears or creases.
