Brothers Johnson – “Special Edition” (Westwood One 84-48). This program is from the week of November 24-25, 1984 and features one hour of music and interview with funk and R&B musicians and brothers George ("Lightnin' Licks") and Louis E. Johnson ("Thunder Thumbs"). They achieved their greatest success from the mid-1970s to early '80s, with three singles topping the R&B charts ("I'll Be Good to You", "Strawberry Letter 23", and "Stomp!"). Cuts include:”You Keep Me Coming Back”; “I’ll Be Good to You”; “Get the Funk Out My Face”, “Strawberry Letter #23”; “Stomp”; “The Real Thing”; “Welcome to the Club”; :”Out of Control”; and “Lovers Forever”. Includes cue sheet. Record is in strong VG+ to M- condition. Shrinkwrapped cover is in strong VG+ condition (has a number written small on back). Postage will be paid by purchaser.
