Dr. Demento Presents the Greatest Novelty Records of All Time 6 Record Set numbered 12343 and signed.  Never played, but plastic shrink wrap is torn. Rhino box set RNBC 490 (LP only), October 29, 1985 (out-of-print)

The set included six volumes, which were also available separately. The box came with a signed and numbered card, booklet with additional liner notes, and poster (first 11,000 or so copies only).
