-RECORD: Near Mint, looks never played. Super clean.
-Outer Sleeve: VG+ with light overall storage wear seen like edge and corner dings, Not mint.
-Inner Sleeve: Poor with much toning I think due to the low quality, high acid type of paper used in the included advertising insert. Dried out and Crumbly. Not mint.
-The advertising insert: Poor with heavy toning and a few side rips. Dried out and Crumbly. Not mint.
This record was carefully examined in bright light and play graded. I have been a brick and mortar record dealer in SFV since 1987 and a 100% positive eBayer since 1999. Professionally packed via Media Mail.
