We hand deliver each and every order to the US Post Office.

~ 95% of items are shipped by the USPS and items are sent as soon as payment is received. Only large items of 18" or more are sent via FedEx or UPS.

~ Media items are shipped via Media Mail but we will only ship items using this option that are officially designated as Media.

~ What USPS service we use is dependent on the distance the item must travel, weight, and dimensions.

~ Please be sure that you have provided us with the correct shipping address information as we cannot be held responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrectly provided address and/or returned.
