1991 RICKY SCAGGS Rare VINYL Record My Fathers Son COUNTRY Bluegrass RARE LP

Here is a rare one.  1991 LP vinyl record of Ricky Scaggs My Father Son.  It was distributed by Columbia House of Canada.  In the 1990’s most major labels stopped pressing vinyl domestically in North America.  For the most part there was no longer a demand for vinly as CD’s became the dominant medium for music.    However there was still apparently enough of a demand for certain country artist on vinyl that Columbia House (and other music clubs) pressed small batches that they sold exclusively to their customers.   (this was the case for a few of Garth Brooks recordings).  This lp is an example of that deal.

This one is so scarce not even Discogs has it listed.  I checked Popsike and ebay sold and I did not see one ever being offered for sale.

This one is in fantastic condition.  The vinyl itself looks like it has been rarely played (if at all), no scratches or scuffs or surface marks of any kind,  and plays through very clean (very very light surface noise during the rolls in and rolls out).   The cover is also in fantastic shape, with only the slightest touches at the corners.   I would rate both cover and vinyl as visually NM minus  to VERY Strong VG+ (and I grade conservatively) What is also kinda cool about this one is when you hold the record up to a light it appears translucent.

This will be shipped media Mail.

Don’t miss out on this one.  It is truly a rare record.

I am actually located in Canada just across the border.  I have a U.S.A. mailing address, and I mail my items from the USA to avoid border delays.  Due to my work schedule and distance to the post office I am only able to ship  Monday Mornings.  If I haven’t received payment for an item the EVENING BEFORE Monday  the item will have to wait until the next Monday  to go out. Its unfortunate but unavoidable.  If this doesn’t work for you I respectfully ask that you do not bid or buy. Thanks again.

I will COMBINE SHIPPING within Canada and the USA on items of similar size that are sold on the same day.  I am sorry but ebay's global shipping program does not allow combined shipping on International shipments
