Description
Great chance to own this original USA Columbia 6 eye 1st pressing of a classic jazz album by the amazing Billie Holiday! Catalogue no. CS 8048.
The record is in very good condition, however this is a conservative grading based on initial look not how it plays. The vinyl looks like it has some surface scratches, but plays beautifully as a very good plus with very little surface noise, some light between tracks but not during. As can be seen in the picture the sleeve has some wear, particularly round the edges. The top edge is split from the opening to about 1/3 of the way in.
A lovely record, gorgeous label and one of the greatest voices ever.
