Here we have some lively dances. The Dar-Es-Salaam Jazz Band was formed in 1932.
It is well known for its 'muziki wa dansi', mainly Rumbas, wich were influenced by Congolese
Soukous and West African Highlife. This type is also called 'Swahili Jazz'.
Two great bands with prominent concertina and percussion, but also string instruments
like banjo, guitar, mandolin...

AURAL RECORD GRADING
We spot check every record on semi-professional equipment with a 3.0 mil spherical
needle, using no noise reduction for grading.
Grading scale for 78s according to VJM standards: N- E+ E E- VG+ VG VG- G+
EXPERT PACKING OF FRAGILE 78s
No packing charges. We sandwich your discs between several squares of stiff corrugated
cardboard, then use bubble wrap around and pack inside a sturdy record mailing box with
more padding material for safe transport.

up to 2000g Parcel Post with hand out notice - $ 29.00 (for 3 to 5, or maybe 6 78s)
up to 3000g Parcel Post with hand out notice - $ 42.00
